I had a great experience with Caliber Collision after someone hit my car. From start to finish, the entire team was professional, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. Crystal was amazing with communication—she kept me informed every step of the way, which made a stressful situation so much easier. The repairs to the back end of my car were flawless, and it looked amazing when I picked it up. You would never know it had been damaged. I truly appreciate the quality of their work and the outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone needing auto body repairs!

I had the back passenger door repaired. The work was done fast and at an affordable price. The car looked brand new again. They even vacuumed it which was much appreciated. This is the second time I brough my car to them and I would recommend them as they do a great job and are very professional.

I had a great experience. Excellent customer service from Crystal and Caidyn. The location off of Swananoa Rd. Was clean and close to home. I was able to get Subaru parts and my car was fixed within a week. I would not hesitate to go again or send any friends. Good experience.

Stellar service, warm, fast, and easy! The service manager, Crystal, made sure I had a quick and painless inspection after my online quote, and since the repair took less time than anticipated, she lowered my price. The staff genuinely seem to like each other and the office was comfy- I was planning to work while they repaired but had me out before I could even finish one email. Highly recommend, will return if ever needing additional body work for my vehicle!

FINAL UPDATE: I have revised this to two stars instead of one because, after nearly six months, the company has FINALLY made it right by reimbursing our car payments on the totaled vehicle. If you do have issues with them, don't give up, and be sure to file complaints with the NC Attorney General's Office, the Better Business Bureau, and their corporate headquarters. The regional manager ignored the situation for months, but it has all finally been settled. Before you read this, go check Caliber Collision’s complaint history on the BBB website. I wish I had. ************************************************* UPDATE 12/16/2025: As week NINE of this saga began, I finally received additional supplements and estimates that were never provided to me by Caliber or GEICO. The date of loss was 10/16/2025. The first estimate (attached) was written on 10/28. A second supplement (attached) dated 11/04—never shared with me until this week—contains 23 line items that clearly demonstrate Caliber knew collision forces had entered the vehicle’s unibody structure, many of which independently require frame/unibody measurement. Instead of measuring the frame at that point, Caliber sent another sup
